The gasification process is a process in which coal is converted into syngas through a high temperature and high pressure reaction in a gasifier. Syngas contains a large amount of dust, which is purified by washing with water, and a large amount of suspended solids enter the water to form black water, which becomes grey water after decompression, cooling, flocculation and precipitation. Since a large amount of suspended solids and inorganic salts in coal ash enter the washing water during the washing process, and the water temperature is also high, the system deposits and scales quickly, resulting in reduced system load or unplanned shutdown.
