Performance characteristics
1. The structure of the upper sealing packing assembly has the ability of self-compensation, and the packing will be deformed by the spring force, thereby automatically compensating the generated gap. Its life can be guaranteed for more than three years without leakage.
2. The surface of the valve stem is plated with a layer of nickel-phosphorus alloy. With the self-lubricating phosphorus and copper powder in the packing, the life of the seal on the valve can be guaranteed for more than 5 years without leakage.
3. The valve core assembly is a set of self-balancing device. After self-balancing, the valve core is almost not under pressure, and the internal leakage of the valve is easy to seal (only considering the infiltration of gas), and the realization of zero leakage is guaranteed. (The valve with high pressure uses the self-balancing spool structure, and the valve with low pressure uses the ordinary structure.)
4. The sealing sheet is made of imported high-tech materials, and its service life is much longer than that of the sealing sheet made of domestic materials.
5. A unique anti-scour device is designed on the valve core assembly, which can effectively protect the sealing sheet from being damaged by erosion and ensure the long-term use of the sealing pair.
