Technical Features
1. The cost of oxygen production is low, and the energy consumption can reach 0.32-0.52Kw/m3.
2. The technological process is simple, the equipment is few, the automation level is high, and the operation is convenient.
3. Quick start, oxygen can be supplied normally after about 5 minutes of start, convenient stop and intermittent operation.
4. The equipment has low working pressure and good safety.
5. The product purity and product quantity are easy to adjust and have strong adaptability.
Working Principle
The pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator is to use molecular sieve to selectively adsorb nitrogen in the air under normal temperature conditions, reduce the pressure of the adsorption tower to desorb the nitrogen in the molecular sieve, so as to realize the adsorption-desorption cycle operation, and continuously prepare the purity of 90-95 % of oxygen.
